Managing HSIA and enterprise networks across multiple sites: incident response, captive portal and RADIUS, Linux servers, MikroTik load balancing and ISP coordination.
- Manage and support HSIA networks serving 500+ daily users across hospitality and enterprise environments.
- Resolve 10+ network incidents daily, reducing downtime by about 30% through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain captive portal solutions with RADIUS authentication, improving secure guest access and session stability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and WLAN networks to keep availability high.
- Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS): security, regular patching and uptime.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Aruba and Juniper devices (VLAN, STP, NAT, ACL, HSRP) and support Fortinet firewalls.
- Coordinate with ISPs on WAN escalations for timely resolution and SLA compliance.
- Improve Wi-Fi performance through access point placement and RF channel tuning, reducing guest complaints.
- Run periodic health checks on network devices and keep topology diagrams and configuration records current.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and fault rectification for enterprise clients across multiple sites.
- Operate live production systems, including a captive portal gateway and a MikroTik CCR1009 load balancer, diagnosing disk-health and hardware faults.
